Breakfast Crouton Casserole
- 12-14 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 pound sausage, cooked, drained, crumbled
- 2 cups milk
- 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (5 ounce) box of seasoned croutons
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and pour into a sprayed 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake for approximately 40 minutes, and let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
