1 lb hamburger
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup of Italian bread crumbs
1 small onion, minced
2 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
freshly ground pepper to taste
1/4 cup minced fresh basil
Mix all ingredients with hands. Form into golf-ball sized meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
