- 1-1/3 cup of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 stick melted butter or margarine
- 1 cup coconut
- Mix together the first 5 ingredients.
- Add the coconut.
- Pour into an unbaked crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes, depending on your oven – until golden brown.
