6 cups oatmeal (not instant, I use Old Fashioned Oats)
4 ½ tsp. baking powder
3 cups milk
¾ cup oil
1 ½ cup brown sugar
Optional: 1 cup chopped apple, cranberries, raisins, nuts or other fruit
Mix above ingredients and pour into a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake in preheated oven @ 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. Serve with vanilla flavored yogurt and sliced fresh fruit.
