Ingredients:
- 2 cups uncooked penne pasta
- 1 pound turkey sausage
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1-1/2 cups cheddar french fried onions
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup frozen peas
Directions:
Cook the pasta. In a large skillet, brown the sausage for 5 minutes. In a bowl, combine the milk and soup. Stir in 1/2 cup onions, 1/2 cup cheese, peas, and the sausage. Drain the pasta and stir into the sausage mix. Transfer to a greased 13×9 baking dish. Cover and bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with onions and cheese. Bake again uncovered 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
